The Enable Web Access batch action on the Team Members page turns on web browser access for multiple existing active team members who currently do not have web access. Use this batch action when several eligible team members need browser access enabled at the same time.
This is different from editing one team member’s access settings from their individual profile.
📄 How It Works
Open Team Members.
Select Batch Actions.
Choose Enable Web Access.
Select the eligible team members who should receive web access.
Use Select All or Select All on Page when available to select eligible rows quickly.
Select Enable Web Access in the action bar.
Equip only allows eligible team members to be selected for this action. A team member must be active and must currently show Web Access as False to be included.

Update access faster — enable web access for several team members at once.
Reduce profile-by-profile work — make the change directly from the team member list.
Keep selections focused — inactive, invited, and already-enabled team members are not selectable for this action.
⚙️ Options
Deselect All clears the current selection.
Cancel closes batch selection without changing access.
The Enable Web Access button is disabled until at least one eligible team member is selected.
This action is available to account admins and users with permission to edit team members.

Review the Web Access column before selecting team members.
Use filters to focus on active team members before starting the batch action.
Confirm each selected team member should be able to access Equip from a web browser.
Edit an individual profile when you need to change one person’s access or turn web access off.

Who can be selected for Enable Web Access?
Only active team members who currently show Web Access as False can be selected.
Can I use this action for inactive or invited team members?
No. The batch action applies to active team members only.
Can I use this action to disable web access?
No. This batch action only enables web access. To turn web access off, edit the individual team member’s access settings.
Why are some team members already showing Web Access as True?
Some roles always have web access enabled. Other eligible roles can have web access turned on manually.
