The Send Invite batch action on the Team Members page sends or resends invitation emails to multiple existing team members at once. Use this when team members have already been added to Equip and need invitation emails sent again or sent in bulk.
đ How It Works
Open Team Members.
Select Batch Actions.
Choose Send Invite.
Select the eligible team members who should receive an invitation email.
Use Select All or Select All on Page when available to select eligible rows quickly.
Select Send Invite in the action bar.
â Eligibility
This batch action only applies to team members who already exist in Equip.
Team members who have already accepted an invitation are not eligible for this action.
Your own user account is excluded from the action.
Rows are selectable only when the selected batch action applies to that team member.
This action is available to account admins and users with permission to create team members.
đ What Invitees See
Each selected team member receives an invitation email.
If the account requires SSO, the invite page shows enabled SSO buttons and hides the password setup form.
If SSO is enabled but not required, the invite page may show SSO buttons plus the standard profile and password setup form.
After accepting, the team member becomes active. Their browser access still depends on role and web access settings.

Deselect All clears the current selection.
Cancel closes batch selection without sending invitations.
Send Invite is disabled until at least one eligible team member is selected.

Use the Status filter to find team members who are Not Invited or Invited.
Confirm each team memberâs email address before sending invitations.
Use Add Team Member when you need to create one new team member.
Use Import Team Members when you need to create many new team members from an Excel file.
â FAQs
Can I use this to add new team members?
No. This batch action only sends invitations to eligible team members who already exist in Equip.
Can I send an invite to a team member who already accepted?
No. Team members who have already accepted their invitation are not eligible for this batch action.
Can I include myself in the batch?
No. Equip excludes your own user account from the Send Invite batch action.
What happens after I select Send Invite?
Equip sends invitation emails to the selected eligible team members and shows a confirmation message.
Why are some rows not selectable?
Rows are only selectable when the selected batch action applies to that team member.
