The Employment Supervisor Details Report exports employer supervisor contact records into a spreadsheet. It is useful for reviewing supervisor names, titles, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, and whether each supervisor is marked as the primary contact.


⚙️ How it works

  1. Go to Reporting.

  2. Open the Employment tab.

  3. In the Report dropdown, select Supervisor Details.

  4. Optionally choose a Date Range and Employer Status.

  5. Click Generate to export the report.

  • Date Range filters supervisors based on employments whose start date or end date falls within the selected range.

  • Employer Status filters employers by status before supervisor rows are returned.

This report exports the following fields:

  • Employer

  • Name

  • Email

  • Title

  • Office Phone

  • Mobile Phone

  • Primary Contact

  • Notes

  • Use a date range when you want to focus on supervisors connected to recent employment activity.

  • Review the Employer field alongside supervisor names so similar contacts are easier to interpret.

  • Use the Primary Contact field when the export will support outreach or relationship management.

What does the date range filter look at?
It checks whether an employment tied to a supervisor has a start date or end date inside the selected range.

Does this report export one row per employer or one row per supervisor?
It exports one row per supervisor contact for each included employer.

Why might a supervisor not appear?
A supervisor may be excluded if the related employer does not match the selected status filter or if no linked employment start or end date falls inside the selected range.
