Employment Reports help teams export employment-related data from Equip into spreadsheets. The Employment Reports collection includes reports for participant employment records, employer records, and supervisor contacts so teams can review job placements, employer relationships, and workplace contact details.
⚙️ How It Works
Go to Reporting, open the Employment tab, choose a report from the Report dropdown, apply filters as needed, and click Generate to export the report.
The available employment reports are:
Employment Details Report — Exports participant employment records, including job, pay, supervisor, and employer location details.
Employer Details Report — Exports employer records, including contact details, status, categories, employee counts, tenure metrics, and hourly pay metrics.
Employment Supervisor Details Report — Exports employer supervisor contact records, including names, titles, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, and primary-contact status.
✅ Benefits
Review employment data outside Equip — Export spreadsheets for sorting, filtering, and analysis.
Choose the right level of detail — Export by participant employment record, employer record, or supervisor contact.
Support program reporting — Use exports to review job placements, employer relationships, pay, tenure, and supervisor contacts.
Filter before exporting — Use report-specific filters to narrow results before generating a spreadsheet.
🧭 Which Report Should I Use?
Use Employment Details Report when you need one row per participant employment record.
Use Employer Details Report when you need one row per employer and employer-level summary metrics.

💡 Best Practices

Use report filters before exporting to reduce cleanup work in the spreadsheet.
Keep employer statuses, categories, employment dates, and supervisor contacts current so reports stay accurate.
Use the individual report articles to confirm exactly which filters and columns are included in each export.
