Setting Permissions in Equip
Admin Permissions:
When set, these apply to all admins in the system for the specific entity.
Options: View, Edit, Delete
Mentor Permissions:
Apply only to mentors who: a) Have been shared the entity, or b) Support a person associated with the entity
Options: View, Edit, Delete
Student Permissions:
Apply only to the specific student associated with the entity
Options: View, Edit, Delete
Note: Admins and mentors can set these permissions when editing entities. Each permission type (View, Edit, Delete) can be individually toggled for each role.
Remember: Granting permissions should be done thoughtfully to maintain data security and privacy.
