Need to update a title, fix a typo, or change who can view a document? ✨ In Equip, you can easily edit documents stored in either the Document Library or a participant’s profile. Your ability to edit depends on your role and the document’s permissions.

📂 Find the Document You Want to Edit

  • Go to Documents → Library for shared documents

  • Or go to Participants → [Participant Name] → Documents for individual files

🛠️ Open the Edit Menu

• Click the three dots (⋯) next to the document

• Select Edit Document from the dropdown

📝 Make Your Edits

  • Update the Title or Description

  • Change the Category (if applicable)

  • Toggle Link to Profile visibility

  • Adjust Access Permissions (who can view, edit, or delete)

✅ Save Your Changes

• Once your edits are complete, click Save

• All updates will apply instantly for users with access

Equip Tip: If the actual file needs to change, upload a new version and remove the old one. Keeping a clear version history helps avoid confusion and ensures everyone is working with the latest information.
