Important Notes

  • The 'email' field must be unique for each consumer.

  • Sensitive information like SSN and medicaid_number are encrypted in the database.

  • Date fields (like DOB and enrolled_at) should be in a recognized format (e.g., YYYY-MM-DD).

  • Boolean fields (like self_guardianship) should be either 'true' or 'false'.

  • The 'status' field determines whether the consumer's account is active or inactive in your organization.

By following this guide, you can efficiently import multiple consumers into your Equip organization, saving time and reducing the potential for data entry errors.
