Important Notes
The 'email' field must be unique for each consumer.
Sensitive information like SSN and medicaid_number are encrypted in the database.
Date fields (like DOB and enrolled_at) should be in a recognized format (e.g., YYYY-MM-DD).
Boolean fields (like self_guardianship) should be either 'true' or 'false'.
The 'status' field determines whether the consumer's account is active or inactive in your organization.
