Announcements are the fastest way to share important updates with your whole team or organization. Whether you’re sending a reminder, a celebration, or a time-sensitive alert, Announcements keep everyone in the loop. This feature is available to Admins and Supporters with the right permissions.
📣 Where to Find Announcements
Go to the Announcements tab from your left-hand menu.
You’ll land on the dashboard, where you can view past announcements or create new ones.
🆕 What You Can Do in Announcements
Send announcements to any user or group—Participants, Supporters, Admins, or a custom selection.
Schedule an announcement to send at a future time.
Attach files or links to your message.
Track read receipts to see who has viewed the announcement.
🔔 Who Receives Announcements?
• You can send to any individual or group you choose
• Participants see announcements on their Equip homepage and mobile view.
📜 Reviewing Past Announcements
• Filter or search announcements by date, title, or audience.
• Click into any message to view details and check read receipts.
