In Equip, unpublishing an announcement removes it from the active view for all users. This action is similar to archiving—it hides the announcement from recipients but retains it in your dashboard for recordkeeping. Any announcement, whether it has been sent or is scheduled to send, can be unpublished.
📍 Locate the Announcement
Select Announcements from the left-hand menu.
Search or scroll to find the announcement you want to unpublish.
⋯ Open the Actions Menu
Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of the announcement.
Select Unpublish from the dropdown menu.
✅ Confirm Unpublish
A confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Unpublish to confirm.
The announcement will no longer be visible to recipients but will remain in your organization’s announcement dashboard.
Equip Tip: Use the Unpublish feature to clean up old or outdated announcements without permanently deleting them. This keeps your dashboard current while preserving your communication history.
