šStart a New Announcement
Click Announcements from the left-side menu
Select + New Announcement in the top right
š Draft Your Message
Enter your Title and Message
Choose your Audience (Participants, Supporters, or All)
Optional: Add any links or attachments
ā° Set a Scheduled Time
Click the Schedule toggle (instead of Publish Now)
Select the date and time you want the announcement to be sent
Click Schedule Announcement to confirm
ā Manage Scheduled Announcements
Your announcement will appear in the list with a āScheduledā label
You can edit or cancel it anytime before itās sent by clicking the ⯠three dots next to it
