Equip’s Calendar allows users to create, view, and register for events with ease. Whether you’re scheduling a personal event, checking upcoming activities, or signing up for a session, this guide will walk you through each step.
Creating an Event
Users can create events that appear on their Equip Calendar and receive reminders.
Steps to create an event:
Open the Equip mobile app and go to Calendar.
Tap the + (plus) icon in the top right.
Enter the event title, date, and time.
(Optional) Add a description with key details.
(Optional) Enable Repeating Event if it recurs, then choose the frequency and end date.
(Optional) Toggle Add Location and enter the name and address if applicable.
Tap Create Event—the event will appear on your calendar, and you’ll get a reminder.
Viewing Events
Find and check event details easily in your Equip Calendar.
Open the Calendar in the Equip app.
Tap Agenda at the top of the screen.
Select the date you want to check.
Scroll to find the event and tap it to see full details.
Tap Attendees to view who else is attending (if applicable).
