Want to keep everyone’s calendars in sync with external tools like Google or Outlook? Equip allows you to enable event syncing for each individual—so their scheduled Equip events show up on their personal calendar.
👥 Find the Individual’s Profile
For team members:
Click your profile icon in the top-right
Select Team from the dropdown menu
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the team member’s name
Choose Edit Profile
For Participants:
Click on the Participants tab on the left
Select the Participant Profile you would like to edit
Click Edit Profile and Settings
📅 Enable Event Syncing
Click the Events tab within their profile
Toggle Enable Event Syncing on or off based on your needs
This setting allows Equip to export scheduled events to the user’s connected calendar.
⚠️ Important Notes
🔐 SSO Required
To use this setting, your organization must have SSO (Single Sign-On) enabled through Google or Microsoft.
If you haven’t set up SSO yet, head to the Authentication tab in your Account Settings first.
🔔 Only Registered Events Will Sync
For events to appear on a user’s connected calendar, they must be a registrant on that event. If they are not registered, the event will not sync—even if event syncing is turned on.
Equip Tip: Equip only exports events—it doesn’t import them from other calendars due to the detailed nature of our event system. To stay organized, we recommend storing all events in Equip as your source of truth.
