Equip makes it easy to keep your personal calendar aligned with scheduled supports and activities. In your account settings, you can choose to automatically enable event syncing for your account. This ensures that all events created in Equip are exported to connected calendars like Google or Outlook.
Since Equip does not import events from outside platforms, we recommend using the Equip calendar as your source of truth for all scheduling.
⚙️ Open Account Settings
Click your profile photo in the top-right corner
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu
📅 Enable Auto Event Syncing
In the left-hand menu, click Event Settings
Toggle on Auto Enable Event Syncing
All new users added to your team will have event syncing turned on by default
You can still update event syncing preferences individually through each user’s profile.
Equip Tip: Equip exports events only—it does not import from other calendar platforms. Because Equip events include detailed scheduling info and participant links, we recommend using the Equip calendar as your primary scheduling tool.
