If certain forms need to be reviewed before they’re finalized, you can turn on Require Approval. This ensures that submissions don’t move forward until the right team members have signed off.
📁 Open Your Forms
Click Forms in the left-hand menu.
Scroll or use the Search box to find the form you want to update.
🔧 Open the Form Settings
Click the three-dot context menu to the right of the form.
Select Edit Form.
✅ Turn On Require Approval
Scroll down to the Preferences section.
Toggle Require Approval ON.
In the dropdown, choose the approver(s) who must review and approve each submission.
💾 Save Your Changes
Click Update Form to apply your new approval settings.
