Marking a Form as Inactive

Learn how to mark a form as inactive in Equip to keep your workspace organized without deleting data. Follow this quick guide to update a form’s status from Active to Inactive.

If you no longer need a form but want to keep its data, you can mark it as Inactive. This removes it from your active list without deleting it—keeping your workspace clean and organized.


🧭 Open the Forms Page

  • From the left-hand menu, click Forms.

  • Find the form you want to update.

⚙️ Open Form Settings

  • Click the three dots (⋮) next to the form name.

  • Click Edit Form

🔁 Change the Status

  • Switch the status from Active to Inactive.

  • Click Update Form to save your changes.

✅ That’s It!

Your form will now be listed under Inactive Forms. You can bring it back anytime by changing the status to Active again.
