If you no longer need a form but want to keep its data, you can mark it as Inactive. This removes it from your active list without deleting it—keeping your workspace clean and organized.
🧭 Open the Forms Page
From the left-hand menu, click Forms.
Find the form you want to update.
⚙️ Open Form Settings
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the form name.
Click Edit Form
🔁 Change the Status
Switch the status from Active to Inactive.
Click Update Form to save your changes.
✅ That’s It!
Your form will now be listed under Inactive Forms. You can bring it back anytime by changing the status to Active again.
