If an assessment is set to Inactive, it will no longer appear in your active assessments list. You can easily reactivate it at any time.
🧭 Access Assessments
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Assessments.
Once you’re on the Assessments page, look for the Filter button in the top-right corner.
🔍 Show Inactive Assessments
Click Filter.
Under Status, select Inactive.
Click Apply Filters to update the list and display all inactive assessments.
⚙️ Reactivate the Assessment
Locate the assessment you want to reactivate.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the assessment name and select Edit Assessment.
At the top of the assessment settings, find the Active / Inactive status dropdown.
Change the status to Active, then click Update Assessment.
✅ That’s It
Your assessment will now reappear in your Active Assessments list and be ready for use.
📝 Equip Tip: If an assessment is no longer in use, marking it as Inactive instead of deleting it helps preserve historical data while keeping your workspace organized.
