Sometimes a form might be set to Inactive and no longer appear in your list. Don’t worry—it only takes a few clicks to bring it back!
🧭 Open the Forms Page
From the left-hand menu, click Forms.
Once you’re there, look for the Filter button in the top-right corner.
🔍 Filter for Active and Inactive Forms
Click Filter → under Status, select both Active and Inactive.
Click Apply Filters to refresh your view.
⚙️ Reactivate the Form
Find your form.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to it.
Select Edit Form
At the top of the form settings, you’ll see a dropdown labeled Active/Inactive.
Change the status to Active, then click Update Form.
✅ That’s It!
Your form will now reappear in your Active Forms list and be ready to use again
📝 Equip Tip: If you’re cleaning up forms, consider marking outdated ones as Inactive instead of deleting them. This keeps your data intact while maintaining an organized workspace.
