What is the Assessment Links Report?
The Assessment Links Report allows administrators to create and export personalized links for assessments. This report provides an easy way to distribute specific assessment links to individual users or groups, ensuring streamlined access for participants.
📍 Where to Find It:
Navigate to Reporting in the Equip menu.
Select Assessments from the Reporting menu.
Choose Assessment Links to generate the report.
Report Structure & Columns
The Assessment Links Report includes the following details in separate columns within the exported file:
User Name – Name of the user assigned to the assessment
Assessment Title – Name of the assessment
Assessment Description – Description of the assessment
Link – Personalized link to the assessment for each user
Filtering the Report
Before exporting the report, you can refine the data using optional dropdown menus:
Assessments — Select assessments to include. The export has one Assessment Links worksheet, with one row for each participant and assessment combination. Leaving the filter blank includes the assessments available to you.
Categories – Choose an assessment category (e.g., Academic) to report on multiple assessments within that category. (If left blank, all categories are included.)
Users – Select specific users to generate personalized assessment links for. (If left blank, the report will include all assessees.)
Groups – Select specific groups of users to generate personalized links for. (If left blank, the report will include all groups.)
Once selections are made, click Generate Report to export the data.
