Common Use Case: Staff Completing Forms for Students
Use this report when staff need to complete the same subject-required form for multiple students or participants. The User column identifies the student or participant the response will be attached to. The person who opens the link can still be a staff responder.
Each row represents one student or participant and one form.
Each link is unique to that student or participant.
The completed response is saved to the matching profile.
Share each link only with the intended responder or approved communication channel.
Benefits
Generate direct form links for selected profiles - Create links for many students or participants in one export.
Support subject-required forms - Use this report when each response must connect to a profile.
Streamline staff outreach - Give staff the correct participant-specific links without opening each profile individually.
Keep responses organized - Submitted forms are saved to the matching student or participant.
