The Form Links Report exports user-specific links for forms that allow external responses. It is useful for generating direct form links for selected users and sharing those links in a structured spreadsheet.
⚙️ How it works
Go to Reporting.
Open the Forms tab.
In the Report dropdown, select Form Links.
Optionally choose Accounts, Forms, Categories, Tags, Users, and Groups.
Click Generate to export the report.

Forms limits the report to selected forms.
Categories limits the report to selected categories.
Tags limits the report to tagged forms.
Users limits the report to selected users.
Groups limits the report to selected groups.

Only forms that allow external responses are included in the final export.
