The Assessment Summaries Report generates a downloadable ZIP file of PDF assessment summaries for selected assessees and assessments. It is useful when you want clean, shareable summary documents rather than row-based spreadsheet exports.
π What this report generates
This report creates PDF summary documents for each matching assessee and assessment combination, then packages those PDFs into a single ZIP file.
It does not generate an Excel spreadsheet and it does not use a traditional column selector. Instead, the report gives you content-display options that control what appears inside each PDF summary.
βοΈ How it works
Go to Reporting.
Open the Assessments tab.
In the Report dropdown, select Assessment Summaries.
Choose your filters, including date range, assessments, categories, assessors, assessees, assessee status, and assessee groups.
Choose the summary content options you want to include.
Click Generate to create the report.
The finished download is a ZIP file that contains folders by assessee, with one PDF per included assessment summary.
β Benefits
Create presentation-ready summaries instead of raw spreadsheet data.
Package multiple assessment summaries into one organized download.
Control summary detail by choosing whether to show scores, comments, and assessor names.
Support review and sharing workflows with portable PDF documents.
βοΈ Filters and options
Date Range filters assessment responses by response date.
Assessments limits the report to selected assessments.
Categories limits the report to assessments in selected categories.
Assessors filters by selected assessors.
Assessees filters by selected assessees.
Assessee Status filters by user account status.
Assessee Groups filters by selected groups.
π Summary content options
Instead of column options, this report uses content-display toggles that change what appears inside each PDF summary:
Show Scores β includes assessment scores in the PDF summary.
Show Comments β includes assessor comments in the PDF summary.
Show Assessors β includes assessor names in the PDF summary.
These are the main content options available for this report.
π¦ Output structure
The Assessment Summaries Report outputs a ZIP file named for the report. Inside the ZIP file:
There is a top-level folder named Assessment Summaries.
Inside that folder, each assessee gets their own folder.
Inside each assessee folder, there is one PDF for each included assessment summary.
Each PDF file name is built from the assessee name and the assessment title.
π How to interpret the results
Each PDF represents one assesseeβs summary for one assessment.
If an assessee is missing from the ZIP file, there may have been no matching summary content for the selected filters.
Show Scores changes whether numeric or scored results appear in the summary.
Show Comments changes whether written feedback and notes appear in the summary.
Show Assessors changes whether assessor attribution appears in the summary.
π‘ Best practices
Use narrower filters when you want a smaller, easier-to-review ZIP file.
Turn on Show Scores when the summaries will be used for performance or outcome review.
Turn on Show Comments when context and written feedback matter.
Turn on Show Assessors when multiple assessors may be involved and attribution matters.
Use assessee and group filters to create targeted summary packets for a specific audience.
