Documents stores files such as PDFs and images for your account or an individual participant. Open Documents in the web navigation, or open Documents on a participant’s profile. A document appearing in the account library does not make it public: its access settings, your role and your scope of support determine whether you can view it.
Who can use Documents?
Team members need access to the Documents module and to the records they are opening. Creating, editing and deleting documents require the corresponding permissions. Documents is turned on for your account by the Equip team. If you do not see Documents, ask us to enable it.

FAQ
Can everyone in my account see an account document?
No. Document access depends on the document’s permissions and the viewer’s role and scope of support.
Where do I find a participant’s documents?
Open the participant’s profile and choose Documents. You need access to that participant and to the document.
Can I search by category?
Use the category filter. The text search matches document titles and descriptions.
How do I add a document?
Open Documents in the appropriate account or participant context and use the upload action when your permissions allow it.
Why is a document missing?
Clear the search and filters, then ask an administrator to check your access to the document and participant.
