Understanding how to run reports of Equip data

Generating Reports

Reports allow for Admin to view and analyze the data collected via Equip within the Reporting section of the application. Reports may be generated regarding Users, Events, Groups, Notes, and Assessments.

  1. Sign into Equip

  2. Click on Reporting in the Navigation

  3. Select the Type of Report to be run

    1. Options include: Users, Events, Groups, Notes, Assessments

  4. Customize the Report by selecting specifics from the Drop Down Menus

  5. Click on Generate User Report

  6. The report will now be viewable on the Generated Reports tab and as an Email through the Email account used to set up your Equip Account
