The Discharges Report exports discharge records into an Excel workbook so teams can review who was discharged, when the discharge happened, the selected discharge reason and disposition, related case information, and any discharge summary notes in one place.

βš™οΈ How It Works

  1. Go to Reporting and open User Reports.

  2. Choose Discharges.

  3. Set a Discharge Date Range to limit the report to a specific time period.

  4. Use filters such as Discharger, the participant filter, Discharge Reason, or Discharge Disposition to narrow the results.

  5. Enter a value in Report Name if you want a custom file name.

  6. Click Generate Report.

The export contains one worksheet named User Discharges. Each row represents one discharge record. Results are sorted by discharge date from newest to oldest.

βœ… Benefits

  • Review discharge history clearly with date, reason, disposition, and summary details in one export.

  • Filter by the right team member using the Discharger filter when you need to review discharges completed by specific staff.

  • Analyze outcomes over time by combining date range filtering with Discharge Disposition.

  • Support case review with related case numbers included in the workbook.
