The Mood Details Report exports mood entry data into an Excel workbook so teams can review who logged a mood, which mood was selected, whether a coping option was chosen, and when each entry was recorded.

βš™οΈ How It Works

  1. Go to Reporting and open the Mood Reports tab.

  2. Choose Mood Details.

  3. Select a Date Range.

  4. Optionally filter by participants and groups.

  5. Generate the report to download an Excel workbook.

The export contains one worksheet named Mood Entries. Each row in the worksheet represents one mood entry.

βœ… Benefits

  • Review mood activity over time so you can spot patterns across a selected date range.

  • See who logged each entry with participant name and email included in the export.

  • Track coping choices by reviewing whether a coping option was selected with the mood entry.

  • Share data easily with a simple Excel export that can be filtered, sorted, or archived outside Equip.

πŸ“Š Columns Included

  • Name
The participant name attached to the mood entry.

  • Email
The participant email address attached to the mood entry.

  • Mood
The mood selected for that entry.

  • Coping Option
The coping option selected for that entry, if one was chosen.

  • Entered At
The date and time the mood entry was recorded.

πŸ’‘ Best Practices

  • Use a focused date range when you want to review recent mood activity or prepare a targeted follow-up.

  • Filter by participant or group before exporting if you only need a specific subset of entries.

  • Sort the Entered At column in Excel when you want to review entries in time order.

  • Review blank Coping Option cells carefully, since some entries may not include a coping selection.
