Keeping participant details up to date helps your organization stay organized, provide accurate support, and maintain clean records across every module. This guide walks you through how to quickly update any participant’s profile.
💼 Go to the Participants Tab
Click Participants in the left-hand menu.
Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the participant you want to update.
👤 Open the Participant’s Profile
Click the participant’s name to open their profile page.
✏️ Edit Profile & Settings
Select Edit Profile and Settings at the top of the page to open all editable fields.
📋 Update General Information
Inside the General tab, you’ll see several categories you can customize:
Profile Information
Demographic Information
Medical Information
Legal Information
Enrollment Information
Contact Information
Residential Address
Mailing Address
Update any field as needed, then click Save to apply your changes.
