Equip allows you to send assessments directly to one assessor for a one-on-one evaluation or generate a custom link for multiple assessors. This makes it easy to gather responses without requiring the assessor to log into Equip.
đ€ Sending an Assessment for One-on-One Evaluations
đȘȘ Go to Participant Profile
Select the participant who will be taking the assessment â choose Assessments
đ© Invite the Assessor
Click down arrow next to Start Assessment â choose Invite Assessor.
A pop-up window will show up that allows you to choose the Assessment.
đ Select the Assessment
Choose the assessment you would like to send.
Add the Assessor's name
Add the Assessor's email
Double-check the information.
đ Copy Link or Send Invitation
Select Copy Link
Select Send Invitation to email the assessor directly.
đ„ Sending an Assessment for Multiple Assessors
đ Go to Assessments
From the left-hand menu, click Assessments.
Youâll see your Assessment Library.
đ Select Generate Custom Link
Click the three dots next to the assessment you would like to send â choose Generate Custom Link.
A page titled Generate Link will show up.
đ Create the Link
Fill in the link title.
Choose the students that will be able to access the assessment
Double-check information.
â Save Your Changes
Select Create Link to confirm.
Your update will now show in the links tab under the assessment you sent.
Equip Tip: Use custom links when you need multiple evaluators to complete the same assessment. This helps you collect consistent feedback across roles, while one-on-one invitations are best for targeted evaluations.
