Sending an Assessment

Learn how to send an assessment in Equip by inviting one assessor or generating a custom link for multiple assessors, making evaluations simple and accessible.

Equip allows you to send assessments directly to one assessor for a one-on-one evaluation or generate a custom link for multiple assessors. This makes it easy to gather responses without requiring the assessor to log into Equip.


πŸ‘€ Sending an Assessment for One-on-One Evaluations

πŸͺͺ Go to Participant Profile

  • Select the participant who will be taking the assessment β†’ choose Assessments


πŸ“© Invite the Assessor

  • Click down arrow next to Start Assessment β†’ choose Invite Assessor.

  • A pop-up window will show up that allows you to choose the Assessment.


πŸ“ Select the Assessment

  • Choose the assessment you would like to send.

  • Add the Assessor's name

  • Add the Assessor's email

  • Double-check the information.


πŸ”— Copy Link or Send Invitation

  • Select Copy Link

  • Select Send Invitation to email the assessor directly.


πŸ‘₯ Sending an Assessment for Multiple Assessors

πŸ“ Go to Assessments

  • From the left-hand menu, click Assessments.

  • You’ll see your Assessment Library.


πŸ”— Select Generate Custom Link

  • Click the three dots next to the assessment you would like to send β†’ choose Generate Custom Link.

  • A page titled Generate Link will show up.


πŸ”— Create the Link

  • Fill in the link title.

  • Choose the students that will be able to access the assessment

  • Double-check information.


βœ… Save Your Changes

  • Select Create Link to confirm.

  • Your update will now show in the links tab under the assessment you sent.


Equip Tip: Use custom links when you need multiple evaluators to complete the same assessment. This helps you collect consistent feedback across roles, while one-on-one invitations are best for targeted evaluations.
