Archiving a user removes their login access and hides them from active views—without deleting their data. This ensures their information stays available for filtering, reporting, and documentation. This is the recommended method over deletion, which may impact past data entries.
👥 Go to the Participants’s Profile
For Participants, click Participants, then select the individual you want to archive.
⚙️ Open Profile Settings
From the user’s profile, click Edit Profile & Settings under their name.
📋 Manage Access
Once you’re in the Edit Profile view, you’ll see tabs on the left side. Each tab lets you manage different parts of the user’s account. Click Access to manage status.
