Manage Mood Navigator in two places: ask the account owner to confirm account access with Equip, then configure each participant’s moods and alert subscribers from their profile. There is no account-wide default mood-alert list on a dedicated Mood Navigator settings tab.
Who can change these settings?
The account feature-settings page is restricted to account owners and Equip administrators; ordinary Account Settings access is not enough. Participant mood settings require access to that participant and the relevant Mood Navigator permissions. If Mood Navigator is not available, ask the Equip team to enable it for your account.
Enable Mood Navigator
Ask the account owner to coordinate enablement with the Equip team. The current Account Settings navigation does not include a Feature Settings link.
If Equip directs the account owner to the Feature Settings page, turn on Mood Navigator, optionally select Enable for Everyone for current participants, and click Save. Otherwise, enable each participant separately once the account feature is available.
Configure alerts for one participant
Open the participant’s profile and choose Mood Navigator, or Personalize on their Mood Navigator card.
Find Alert Subscribers and choose Add Subscriber.
Choose an active team member and the moods that should notify them.
Click Save Subscriber.
The subscriber must also have Mood Alerts enabled in their own profile notification settings. Participant-level settings also provide mood personalization, coping options and scheduled reminders.
FAQ
Does enabling the account feature enable every participant?
Only if you also select Enable for Everyone. Otherwise enable participants individually.
Where do I choose which moods notify a supporter?
On that participant’s Mood Navigator page, add or edit the supporter’s Alert Subscriber entry and choose the moods.
Is there one alert list for the whole account?
No. Alert subscriptions are configured for individual participants.
Why is a subscriber not receiving alerts?
Check their selected moods, active account status and personal Mood Alerts setting. Deactivating a team member removes their mood subscriptions.
Can I customize a participant’s moods?
Yes. Use Personalize on their Mood Navigator page. These changes apply to that participant.
