🛠️ Access Mood Settings
From the user’s Edit Profile & Settings, click Mood in the left-hand navigation.
This opens their Mood Navigator setup for personalization.
🎨 Personalize Moods
Click the Personal button next to any mood.
You can edit the label, color, and icon to better reflect how the user experiences that emotion.
Choose visuals that are intuitive and emotionally resonant.
💡 Add and Manage Coping Options
Click Add Coping Option to introduce a new strategy.
Add a title and a brief description that explains the coping mechanism clearly.
Use the three dots icon next to each strategy to edit or delete it as needed.
