Viewing Employer Details

View information about your Employers

Once an employer has been added, clicking on their name from the Employers list will take you to the Employer Details screen. This page brings everything about that employer into one place, making it easy to track who’s working there and how the partnership is progressing over time.


🔍 What You’ll See

The Employer Details screen includes key insights to help you understand the employer’s impact on your program:

  • Participants Working There

    • View a list of all participants currently—or previously—employed with this organization.

    • Each record includes the participant’s name, job title, and employment dates.

  • Average Hourly Pay

    • Equip calculates the average wage across all employment records tied to this employer.

  • Average Tenure

    • See the average length of employment based on participant start and end dates.

  • Employer Contacts

    • Any contacts you’ve added—such as supervisors or HR reps—will appear here.

    • This section helps you keep track of who to reach out to for support or verification.


This screen offers a full picture of the employer’s relationship with your program—and helps identify job sites that consistently provide meaningful opportunities for the individuals you support.
