Program of Student Document
Step 1: Begin by creating a document that outlines the program of study for students. This document should include the program overview, program of study description, and student schedules.

Step 2: To gather the necessary information for the document, start by logging into Equip via your web browser.
Step 3: On the Equip dashboard, locate the "Calendar" tab in the left main menu. Here, you can view events that students are attending, including college courses, career development activities, and jobs/internships.
Step 4: Next, click on the "Groups" tab in the left main menu to see the inclusive social groups that students are part of.
Step 5: Finally, locate the "Routines" tab in the left main menu to access helpful guides for daily tasks and independent living instructions.

Person Centered Planning
Step 1: Log into Equip via your web browser.
Step 2: On the dashboard, click the "Documents" tab in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Select “Library” to open your Document Library.
Step 4: Use the search bar or scroll through the library to find the Person-Centered Planning (PCP) document.

Course Options
Step 1: Log into Equip via your web browser.
Step 2: On the dashboard, click the "Documents" tab in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Select “Library” to access your Document Library.
Step 4: Use the search bar or scroll through to find your Course Catalog, which should include all courses offered by your program.

Distance Learning
Step 1: Start by logging into Equip via your web browser.
Step 2: On the Equip dashboard, locate the "Documents" tab in the left main menu. Click on it.
Step 3: Select “Forms” to navigate to the forms page. Here you will be able to locate your program’s form addressing distance learning availability.

Instruction, Apprenticeship, Internships, Work
Step 1: Start by logging into Equip via your web browser.
Step 2: On the Equip dashboard, locate the "Documents" tab in the left main menu. Click on it.
Step 3: Next, select “Library” to go to your Document Library.
Step 4: Use the search bar at the top of the screen or scroll through your library to locate your list of Competitive Integrate Employment (CIE) opportunities.
Step 5: Next, in the left main menu, select Calendar. Use Calendar events to schedule and track inclusive college courses, career development activities, and internships.
Step 6: To view a report of the calendar events and comprehensive calendar data, click on “Reporting” in the main menu on the dashboard.
Step 7: Click on the Calendar icon to report on calendar specific data.

Campus Inclusive Social Experiences
Step 1: Start by logging into Equip via your web browser.
Step 2: Open Account Settings by clicking your profile photo in the upper-right corner of the page and selecting Account Settings.
Step 3: Next, select Categories under Data Properties in the Account Settings menu. Here, you will be able to see the list of categories that you can assign to calendar events. To add a category, click the “Add Category” box on the top right.
Step 4: When creating calendar events, use specific categories to track inclusive social experiences.
Step 5: To gather this data, use Equip’s “Reporting” feature. View reports by clicking on “Reporting” on the Equip dashboard. You will be able to run category specific reports here. You can analyze this data to see participation rates, frequency of events, and any trends over time.

Independent Living Instruction
Step 1: Start by logging into Equip via your web browser.
Step 2: On the Equip dashboard, locate the "Routines” tab and click on it.
Step 3: In your Routine Library, you can view all independent living routines for your student. Scroll through the list or type in the search bar to locate a specific routine.
