Routines help bring structure to daily life and support Participant independence. Use the Equip Calendar to create, assign, and manage routines—right from the web or mobile app.
🛠️ Add a Routine to the Calendar
1. Open the Calendar
Log in to Equip.
Select Calendar from the left-hand menu.
Click Add Routine in the top-right corner.
2. Choose or Create a Routine
From the Routine dropdown:
Select an existing routine from your library (skip to Step 5), or
Click “+ Create New Routine” to build one from scratch.
3. Set Up a New Routine (If Necessary)
Add a Title and select a Category (for color-coding).
Choose a Start Date and Time.
Add a Description (optional—can include links, phone numbers, emails).
4. Enable Recurrence (Optional)
Toggle Recurring Routine.
Set how often it repeats (daily, weekly, monthly).
Add an End Date, if needed.
5. Add Routine Steps
Use the New Task box to enter each step.
Press enter to add additional steps in order.
6. Assign and Schedule
Use the search bar to select users or groups.
Click Schedule Routine to finish.
✅ The routine now appears on the assigned users’ calendars.

Set routines to repeat for consistency.
Add useful info (like contacts or links) to the description.
Equip Tip: Want to celebrate progress? Equip shows confetti when Participants complete a routine—making each step feel like a win!
