The Goal Details Report exports goal records to an Excel file so teams can review goal status, progress, timelines, categories, and related activity in one place. It is designed to help you analyze goal data for the people and date range you select without opening each goal individually.

⚙️ How it works

  1. Go to Reporting.

  2. Open Goal Reports.

  3. In Report, select Goal Details.

  4. Choose a Date Range.

  5. Optionally filter by Goal Status, Categories, the people filter shown for your account, and Groups.

  6. Enter a Report Name, then click Generate Report.

  7. Equip generates the report as an Excel file and sends an email when it is ready.

✅ Benefits

  • Review goal data in one export instead of opening each goal record individually.

  • Track progress and status at a glance with columns for progress, dates, waypoint counts, and progress update counts.

  • Focus on the right records by narrowing results with status, category, people, and group filters.

  • Share and analyze results easily with an Excel file that can be sorted, filtered, and saved outside the platform.

⚙️ Customization and options

  • Date Range filters goals by Start Date within the selected range.

  • Goal Status lets you limit the report to one or more statuses, including In Progress, Completed, Unsuccessful, and Cancelled.

  • Categories narrows the export to goals assigned to selected categories.

  • The people filter shown for your account lets you limit the report to specific participants or person records.

  • Groups limits the report to goals tied to people in selected groups.

  • Report Name lets you save the export with a custom file name.
