When setting up an event in Equip, you can automatically send a Form or Assessment to event registrants once the event ends. This feature makes it easy to gather feedback, track outcomes, or collect important data β without any extra steps after the event.

Forms or Assessments are emailed to selected registrants 5 minutes after the event ends.
βοΈ How to Set Up Data Collection
Toggle on Request Assessment or Request Form when creating or editing an event.
Choose the Form or Assessment from your library.
Select which roles should receive it β Admin, Supporter, Owner, and/or Participant.
Optional: Notify a specific user when new responses are submitted.
This notification is in addition to any notifications already set on the Form or Assessment itself.
π₯ Who Receives It
By default, all registrants for the event will receive the Form or Assessment.
You can limit recipients to only certain roles if needed.
