Learn how to auto-send forms or assessments after an event in Equip to collect data from registrants by role.

When setting up an event in Equip, you can automatically send a Form or Assessment to event registrants once the event ends. This feature makes it easy to gather feedback, track outcomes, or collect important data β€” without any extra steps after the event.


πŸ“₯ Auto-Send Timing

  • Forms or Assessments are emailed to selected registrants 5 minutes after the event ends.

βš™οΈ How to Set Up Data Collection

  • Toggle on Request Assessment or Request Form when creating or editing an event.

  • Choose the Form or Assessment from your library.

  • Select which roles in your account should receive an invite to submit data.

  • Optional: Notify a specific user when new responses are submitted.

    • This notification is in addition to any notifications already set on the Form or Assessment itself.

πŸ‘₯ Who Receives It

  • By default, all registrants for the event will receive the Form or Assessment.

  • You can limit recipients to only certain roles if needed.
