🔎 Use the Search Bar
Navigate to Documents → Library, or go to a participant’s Documents tab
Use the Search Bar at the top of the list
Type in a document title, keyword, or category to instantly narrow your results
The list will update in real time as you type
↕️ Use the Sort By Menu
Click the Sort by dropdown to reorder the list
Options include:
Title
Created Date
Great for reviewing the most recent uploads or alphabetizing documents
🗂️ Filter by Category
If your team uses Categories, you’ll see a Filter by Category option
Select one or more categories to narrow your view
Combine filters with the search bar for ultra-targeted results
Equip Tip: Encourage your team to always assign a category when uploading a document. It’s the fastest way to make your document library useful, not chaotic.
