Need to quickly track down a resume, intake form, or support plan? Equip makes it easy to find documents with powerful search, sort, and filtering tools—whether you’re in the Document Library or viewing a participant’s files.

🔎 Use the Search Bar

  • Navigate to Documents → Library, or go to a participant’s Documents tab

  • Use the Search Bar at the top of the list

  • Type in a document title, keyword, or category to instantly narrow your results

  • The list will update in real time as you type

↕️ Use the Sort By Menu

  • Click the Sort by dropdown to reorder the list

  • Options include:

    • Title

    • Created Date

  • Great for reviewing the most recent uploads or alphabetizing documents

🗂️ Filter by Category

  • If your team uses Categories, you’ll see a Filter by Category option

  • Select one or more categories to narrow your view

  • Combine filters with the search bar for ultra-targeted results

Equip Tip: Encourage your team to always assign a category when uploading a document. It’s the fastest way to make your document library useful, not chaotic.
