Mentors can sign up for events when these events are set up to permit their registration. Allowing mentors to register themselves is an effective method to empower them with the responsibility of event participation.
Enable Mentor Registration
Toggle on the Allow Mentor Registration option.
Enter the number of Mentors Needed. This must be greater than 0.
Choose whether to Notify Mentors when saved.
Choose whether to Allow Mentor Overbooking.
Notify Mentors
When this setting is enabled, a push notification will go out to all mentors letting them know that a new event is available to register for.
Allow Mentor Overbooking
When this setting is enabled, mentors will be able to register for this event even if the Mentors Needed count has been surpassed.
