Duplicating an assessment in Equip allows you to quickly create a new version of an existing assessment. This is perfect for reusing assessments while customizing them for specific needs. Follow these steps to duplicate and customize an assessment:
1. Navigate to the Assessments Page
From your dashboard, go to the Assessments tab in the navigation menu. This will display your library of existing assessments.
2. Select the Assessment to Duplicate
Locate the assessment you want to duplicate.
Click on the three dots (⋮) on the right-hand side of the assessment’s name
Select Duplicate from the dropdown menu.
3. Customize the Duplicated Assessment
The duplicated assessment will open for editing. Make any necessary changes, such as:
Updating the title to reflect the new purpose of the assessment.
Revising the description to clarify its purpose.
Adjusting the category for better organization.
Editing or adding questions to fit the specific context.
4. Save the New Assessment
Once your edits are complete, click Update Assessment in the top-right corner. The duplicated assessment, with all your changes, will now appear in your Assessments library, ready to use.
