To export the calendar, open Calendar, set the view and filters you want, open the three-dot menu next to Add Event, and select Export Events. An Excel file downloads with the events currently in view, one row per registrant. To print a weekly schedule, switch to the Week view and use your browser's print command; the calendar's buttons are hidden on the printout.
Who can do this, and where
Team members whose Calendar level lets them add events (Supporter or Administrator) see the three-dot menu with Export Events. Account owners always can.
Web only. The mobile app has no export or print.
Export the events in view
Select Calendar in the left navigation.
Choose the date range with Day, Week or Month and the arrows, and apply any Filter or search.
Select the three-dot menu next to Add Event, then Export Events.
Open the downloaded file, named Events-[date and time].xlsx.
The spreadsheet has one row per registrant with these columns: Event, Type, Start, End, Max Registrants, Team Members Needed, Hosts Count, Team Members Count, Attendees Count, Category, Event Tags, Creator, Routined, Attendee Name, Attendee Email, Attendee Type, Attendee Tags, Checked In, Checked Out. Events with no registrants are not listed.
Print a weekly schedule
Select Calendar and switch to Week (or List view then Week for a plain list).
Move to the week you want and apply a Filter for one person or group if needed.
Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac), or use the browser's Print menu.
The heading and navigation buttons are hidden on the printout. Choose landscape for the Week grid.
Limits and gotchas
The export only includes the date range and filters currently shown; export month by month for a longer span.
The export lists events that respect your role's scope of support, the same as the calendar.
For attendance across a longer period, use Reports > Events > Event Attendance Report or Event Details Report, which take their own date filters.
There is no per-event export button on an event page; use the calendar export filtered to that day or the Events reports.
FAQ
Can I print one person's schedule?
Yes. Open the person's profile, select Calendar, choose Week, and print from the browser. Or on the account calendar, filter by that participant or team member first.
Why are some events missing from the export?
Only events inside the visible date range and matching your filters are exported, and only events with at least one registrant produce rows. Check the range and clear the filters.
Does the export include check-in times?
Yes. Each row has Checked In and Checked Out columns with the recorded times for that attendee.
Can I export to a calendar app instead of a spreadsheet?
Use a calendar subscription, which gives a person a feed URL for Google, Apple or Outlook calendars. See "Subscribe to an Equip calendar in Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar".
Is there a CSV option?
The calendar export is Excel (.xlsx). Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers and save as CSV if you need one.
