Updating Your Account Logo or Profile Photo

Your account logo (also called your profile photo) appears throughout Equip wherever your organization is referenced. Admins can update this image at any time from Account Settings.


βš™οΈ How to Update Your Account Logo

  1. From the your profile corner in the top right corner of your Equip scren, click Account Settings.

  2. You will land on the General tab.

  3. On the right side of the account information section, you will see your current logo or a placeholder icon.

  4. Click on the image to select a new file from your computer.

  5. Choose an image file (accepted formats: PNG, JPG/JPEG, or GIF).

  6. A preview of the new image will appear.

  7. Click Save at the bottom of the form to apply the change.

While you are on the Account Settings page, you can also update:

  • Account Name β€” Your organization's display name.

  • Website β€” Your organization's website URL (not available for family accounts).

  • About β€” A short description of your organization.

  • Use a square image for the best results β€” the logo is displayed as a circle throughout Equip.

  • Keep the file size reasonable for faster uploads.

  • Use your official organization logo so team members and participants can easily identify your account.

Q: What image formats are supported?
PNG, JPG, JPEG, and GIF.

Q: Who can update the account logo?
Only admins with access to Settings can update the account logo.

Q: Will the new logo appear everywhere immediately?
Yes. Once you save, the updated logo will appear across Equip wherever your organization's avatar is shown.

Q: Can I remove the logo and go back to the default?
Currently, you can replace the logo with a different image. To revert to the default placeholder, contact support.
